  • Dragonfly Villa is just an 8-minute walk to the nearest beach, Wijiya, which is a short 2-minute tuk-tuk ride. This beach is popular for swimming with turtles.
    The nearest convenience store is a 5-minute walk.
    It’s a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride to Unawatuna and 15 minutes to Galle Fort.
    Ahangama is also 15 minutes in the opposite direction, making it easy to explore the area.

  • We are happy to arrange reliable transport from the airport to the villa, whether you need a car, a 9-seater van with luggage space. We work with a trusted company to ensure your safety and comfort. Please contact us with your flight number and travel dates. The charge is from Rs.35,000 each way.

  • Our house manager can organise transportation to any destination during your stay. We have a trusted tuk-tuk driver who can take you to explore the area or run errands.

  • Check-in time is strictly from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
    If you require a late check-in or check-out, please request in advance. Availability will depend on our guest schedule for that day.
    Please note that additional charges apply for early arrivals or late departures.

  • Breakfast is included in all bookings, with options for a traditional Sri Lankan or Western style.
    Our cook, Anoja, is happy to prepare additional meals during your stay—simply cover the cost of ingredients, with receipts issued at the end of the day.
    Please note that dinner service is available until 8.30 PM in consideration of staff working hours.

  • Dragonfly Villa is a 4-bedroom en-suite property. Should you require accommodation for extra guests, we have a versatile room—the kids’ playroom—with a daybed available upon request. Please note that there will be an additional fee, which must be arranged beforehand.

  • We have a dedicated team of three trusted staff members who have been with us since we arrived in Sri Lanka over six years ago:

    • Ushan, our house manager, will greet you on arrival. He will assist with any questions, travel arrangements, and suggestions for activities. Ushan also ensures the villa is maintained, clean, and running smoothly.

    • Anoja, our lovely cook, prepares breakfast daily and can provide additional meals upon request. You only need to cover the cost of ingredients, with receipts provided at the end of each day.

    • Sareth, our gardener, maintains the garden daily, keeping it beautiful and productive with fruit and vegetables.

  • We provide one travel cot and high chair for young children. If you need additional equipment, a rental company can supply more. We can send you quotes upon request.

  • Parties and events are not permitted at Dragonfly Villa. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

  • Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa to ensure a comfort and safety for all guests.

  • Dragonfly Villa is staffed with trusted personnel dedicated to your safety and comfort. The property is secured with CCTV cameras around the entire estate, providing an additional layer of security.
